About us

Leo Rotman founded River Financial Group because he kept seeing the same problem. Families who were financially successful, deeply caring, and completely overwhelmed – deserved better than a patchwork of specialists who never talked to each other.

River is the firm he wished had existed when he started asking the same questions you are asking now.

OUR TEAM

Leo Rotman, CFP®

Founder and Managing Partner

Leo Rotman has spent 25 years in financial planning. He founded River because he kept seeing the same gap: families who had done the right things financially but had never had anyone bring the full picture together.

Leo is a father. He understands what it means to love someone whose future depends on a plan that works. That is why he built River, and why every conversation starts with an integrated view of the full picture, not just one piece of it.

OUR APPROACH

Integration Is the Product.
Benefits Planning Is the Tool.

River is a planning firm with a benefits specialty. We are not a benefits firm. That distinction defines every service, every piece of content, and every client conversation.

Our job is to bring the full picture together retirement income, estate coordination, insurance strategy, investment management, and public benefits planning Into an integrated plan designed to support their family’s future. Each piece informs the others. That is what integration means.

WHO WE WORK WITH

River Financial Group works with families who have built financial success but have never had anyone bring the full picture together. Investments. Estate. Insurance.  Into a plan they can count on.
